Seven Stages of Production

Moulds

The story begins with talented mould makers who delicately hand craft designs on silicon and rubber moulds.

Casting

Casts are then made based on the Italian technology from “Atos Besana”-Milan. Casting machines incorporate a centrifugal rubber mould process using alloy of white metal that consists of mainly tin and antimony.

Trimming & Polishing

The first shiny step is taken when great attention is given to the trimming and polishing process. This gives the jewelry its soft, shiny, and grainless surface.

Plating

At the heart of the glittery matter is the purification process of ultrasonic cleansing followed by a degreasing procedure. All products are then dipped in either a shiny or matte preliminary plating layer. The outermost layer is either rhodium or gold from OMG, Germany with 10mils = 0.25 micron minimum thicknesses.

Stone Setting

The shimmering touch is added when Swarovski crystals are set by hand using the finest glues in the industry.

Quality Control

After rigorous examination with confidence, all the products are stamped to bear our name.

We provide tailor made packaging and shipping options.
